Hope Woods Natural Resources Inventory

FBE assisted the Kennebunk Land Trust with the development of a natural resources inventory for Hope Woods in the Town of Kennebunk, Maine. The inventory included desktop analysis and GIS mapping of natural resource features, including wetlands, geology/soils, land use/land cover, and significant plant and animal habitat. FBE also conducted field assessments to (1) identify and document natural resource features, (2) identify and map wetlands, (3) classify and map natural community types, and (4) assess potential wildlife habitat.
